Set Up the Patient Preferences for Home Health Component

Place the Patient Preferences for Home Health lightning component on Person Account record pages.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license

Health Cloud Admin permission set

AND

Customize Application
  1. Open an existing person account record and select Edit Page in the Setup menu.
  2. Place the Patient Preferences for Home Health component at an appropriate spot.

    We recommend creating a tab to place this component in.

    Tip

  3. Save your changes.
  4. Click Activation.
  5. Click App Default and click Assign as App Default.
  6. Select Home Health and click Next
  7. Select Desktop and click Next.
  8. Save your assignments.
