Add the Integrated Care Management UI to the Patient Page

To let your users use Integrated Care Management, add the IndustriesHCCarePlanManager FlexCard to a person account record page.

User Permissions Needed
To modify pages Customize Application
While you can place this FlexCard on any person account record page, we recommend using the Patient page.
  1. Open a person account record page in the Lightning App builder.
  2. Place the FlexCard component at an appropriate spot on your page layout.

    We recommend creating a dedicated tab on your page for this FlexCard and placing it inside that tab.

    Tip

  3. Select the FlexCard component you placed on the page.
  4. In the component properties pane, enter IndustriesHCCarePlanManager in the Flexcard Name field.
  5. In the Decision Table Name field, enter the API name of your response recommendations decision table.
  6. Save and activate the page.
