Configure Field-Level Security for Integrated Care Management
To let your users create care plans, you need to give them access to certain fields that
are disabled by default for most user profiles.

Let’s walk through how you’d configure field-level security for the Problem Definition field in Health Condition.
- In Setup, go to Object Manager.
- Find and select Action Plan.
- Click Fields & Relationships and click Name.
- Click Set Field-Level Security.
- Ensure that the field-level security is set to Visible for the user profiles that create care plans.
- Save your changes.
