Enable Integrated Care Management

Before your users can start using Integrated Care Management, you have to enable the feature and some other settings first.

User Permissions Needed
To configure and enable features Health Cloud Admin permission set

Prerequisites: To enable Integrated Care Management, you must first enable the FHIR R4-aligned Clinical Data Model, install the OmniStudio managed package, and enable OmniStudio runtime in your org.

  1. From Setup, enter Integrated Care Management Settings in the Quick Find box, and then select Integrated Care Management Settings.
  2. Enable the Enhanced Care Plans setting.
  3. If you want Goal Assignment records to be automatically shared with its parent records, like Care Plan, enable the Automatic Sharing for Goal Assignment Records setting.
