Define reusable care plan templates using the definitions you that you set up in your PGI Library. These templates determine the hierarchical structure of the care plans instantiated from them. Your users use these templates when they create care plans to add the problems, goals, and interventions they need.

You can add interventions at the goal level, problem level, or directly at the care plan level. Similarly, you can add goals at the problem level or directly at the care plan level. However, you can add problems only at the care plan level.

Create Care Plan Templates
A Care Plan Template record acts as the top-level parent that houses all the problems, goals, and interventions under it.
Add Problems with Goals to a Care Plan Template
You can add problems with goals to a care plan template by creating problem-goal junction records. A problem-goal junction associates a parent problem definition with its child goal definition. These junction records are then referenced in Care Plan Template Problem records.
Add Problems Without Goals to a Care Plan Template
You can add problems without goals to a care plan template by creating Care Plan Template Problem records. This Care Plan Template Problem record references the appropriate Care Plan Template and Problem Definition records in it.
Add Goals Without Problems to a Care Plan Template
You can add goals without problems to a care plan template by creating a Care Plan Template Goal record. This Care Plan Template Goal record references the appropriate Care Plan Template and Goal Definition records in it.
Add Interventions to a Care Plan Template
You can add interventions to your care plan template by creating an Action Plan Template Assignment record. This record references an action plan template with the required interventions and the problem, goal, or care plan template where they’re required.
