Create a User Profile for the Provider Portal Experience Cloud Site

Create a user profile for the Provider Portal experience cloud site and assign required permissions to that profile. Use this profile to manage the membership of the Provider Portal site. All site members can then log in to the site and complete the credentialing process.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and Health Cloud for Experience Cloud Sites


User Permissions Needed
To create profiles: Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
  1. From Setup, go to Profiles, and click New.
  2. Provide these details:
    1. Existing Profile: Customer Community Plus User
    2. User License: Customer Community Plus
    3. Profile name: Network Express Community User

      Use the exact name Network Express Community User for this profile to ensure the provider enrollment processes are completed without any issues.

  3. Save your changes.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Select Manage Health Cloud under Administrative Permissions.
  6. Select Enable consumers and partners to execute OmniScripts, DRs, Cards through a Community or off platform under General User Permissions.
  7. Enable Read, Create, Edit, and Delete access for these standard objects:
    • Accounts
    • Application Cases
    • Board Certifications
    • Business Licenses
    • Care Provider Adverse Actions
    • Care Specialties
    • Cases
    • Contacts
    • Healthcare Providers
    • Healthcare Provider NPIs
    • Healthcare Provider Specialties
