Migrate Intelligent Appointment Management Components to Another Org
After you've had a look at what you can do with Intelligent Appointment Management,
you can move the components to another existing Salesforce org within your organization.

Throughout this section, the source org is the Express org that you've requested
from the Salesforce Success Community. The target org is the existing Salesforce org
that you want to move the components to, on which you've installed OmniStudio or Vlocity
Health. To see the complete list of components in Intelligent Appointment Management,
see Required OmniStudio Components.
- In the source org, from the App Launcher, open the OmniStudio app.

Export the Intelligent Appointment Management OmniScripts.
- Go to the OmniScripts page and enter healthCloudIAM in the search field.
- Expand each healthCloudIAM OmniScript and check the box next to the highest version.

Click the Export icon, then click
Next twice.
Ignore the warnings about the Apex classes.
- On the Export DataPack page, enter IAM OmniScripts Multipack in the Name field and click Done.

Export the Intelligent Appointment Management FlexCards.
- Go to the OmniStudio FlexCards page and enter HealthCloudIAM in the search field.
- Expand each HealthCloudIAM FlexCard and check the box next to the highest version.
- Click the Export button, then click Next twice.
- On the Export DataPack page, enter IAM FlexCards Multipack in the Name field and click Done.

Export the Intelligent Appointment Management standalone Integration
Procedures.
- Go to the OmniStudio Integration Procedures page and enter healthCloudIAM in the search field.
- Expand the healthCloudIAM/fetchInsurances Integration Procedure and check the box next to the highest version.
- Click the Export icon, then click Next twice.
- On the Export DataPack page, enter IAM Integration Procedures Multipack in the Name field and click Done.

Export the Intelligent Appointment Management standalone DataRaptors.
- Go to the OmniStudio DataRaptors page and enter HealthCloudIAM in the search field.
- Check the boxes next to the HealthCloudIAMCreateMemberPlan and HealthCloudIAMExtractPayerAccounts DataRaptors.
- Click the Export icon, then click Next twice.
- On the Export DataPack page, enter IAM DataRaptors Multipack in the Name field and click Done.
- In the target org, from the App Launcher, open the OmniStudio app.

Import the Intelligent Appointment Management OmniScripts.
- Go to the OmniScripts page.
- Click the Import button, click Browse, and select the IAM OmniScripts Multipack.json file.
- Click Next three times, wait for the import to complete, click Activate Now, click Next again, then click Done.

Import the Intelligent Appointment Management FlexCards.
- Go to the OmniStudio FlexCards page.
- Click the Import button, click Upload Files, and select the IAM FlexCards Multipack.json file.
- Click Next three times, wait for the import to complete, click Activate Now, click Next again, then click Done.

Import the Intelligent Appointment Management standalone Integration
Procedures.
- Go to the OmniStudio Integration Procedures page.
- Click the Import button, click Browse, and select the IAM Integration Procedures Multipack.json file.
- Click Next three times, wait for the import to complete, click Activate Now, click Next again, then click Done.

Import the Intelligent Appointment Management standalone DataRaptors.
- Go to the OmniStudio DataRaptors page.
- Click the Import button, click Browse, and select the IAM DataRaptors Multipack.json file.
- Click Next three times, wait for the import to complete, then click Done.

Deactivate and reactivate each FlexCard.
- Go to the OmniStudio FlexCards page and enter HealthCloudIAM in the search field.

Expand the first HealthCloudIAM FlexCard and click the link for the
highest version. The FlexCard opens in the designer.
You must deactivate and reactivate the FlexCard in the designer, not on the FlexCards page. This procedure ensures that OmniScripts can reference the FlexCard.
- Click Deactivate. When the deactivation process completes, click Done.

Click Activate. When the activation process
completes, click Done.
If the [object Object] message appears in the Activating dialog, click Close, then click Activate again.
- Repeat these steps for each HealthCloudIAM FlexCard.

Deactivate and reactivate each OmniScript.
- Go to the OmniScripts page and enter healthCloudIAM in the search field.
- Expand the first healthCloudIAM OmniScript.
- For the highest version of the OmniScript, click the down arrow at the end of the row and select Deactivate from the menu.

For the highest version of the OmniScript, click the down arrow at the
end of the row and select Activate from the
menu.
Activation can take a few minutes. You can refresh the browser to verify that activation was successful.
- Repeat these steps for each healthCloudIAM OmniScript.
