jEnable Care Gaps
Enable care gaps in Integrated Care Management so that your users can identify gaps in
patient care. When you enable care gaps, care managers can access the
HealthCloudCareManagementCareGapManager FlexCard, the OmniScript flow for evaluating a measure and
creating a care gap, and the option to create care plans from care gaps.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Integrated Care Management Settings and select Integrated Care Management Settings.
