jCreate Service Resources for Home Health
Create a Service Resource record for each user you have in the field. These records are
used by the Field Service engine to manage visit assignments.

| View All access on User | |
- In the App Launcher, find and select Service Resources.
- Click New.
- Enter the user’s name in the Name field.
- Select the user’s User record in the User field.
- Select Active and Include in Schedule Optimization.
- Set the Resource Type to Technician.
- Save the record.
