jMap Responses to Recommendations
To map assessment question response options to their corresponding recommendations, use
the Assessment Question Response Recommendation object.

- From the App Launcher, find and select Assessment Question Response Recommendations.
- Click New.
- In the Assessment Question Version field, select the question whose response you’re mapping a recommendation to.
- In the Omni Process field, select the assessment that the question belongs to.

In the Recommendation Reference field, select an appropriate
recommendation.
If the recommendation is a problem, select a Problem Definition record. If the recommendation is a goal, select a Goal Definition record. If the recommendation is a set of intervention tasks, select an Action Plan Template record. Or if the recommendation is another assessment that the patient should take, select an Omni Process record.
- In the Text Response field, enter the response that the recommendation is mapped to.
Repeat these steps for every response in every question that you have in your assessment. After you’re done, you create a decision table.
