Modify the Intelligent Appointment Management Configuration for Einstein Discovery

To use Einstein Discovery predictions, add Attendance Threshold Percent and Best Time Slots Definition values to the Intelligent Appointment Management configuration.

To use Health Cloud Health Cloud Foundation permission set
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Intelligent Appointment Management Configuration, and then select Intelligent Appointment Management Configuration.
  2. Edit the active Intelligent Appointment Management Configuration record.
  3. Enter a number from 1 through 100 for the Attendance Threshold Percent.
    The Attendance Threshold Percent is the optimum percentage of completed appointments. It’s used to highlight preferred time slots based on attendance prediction from Einstein Discovery. For example, if you enter 50 as the Attendance Threshold Percent, time slots where the attendance probability is 50 or higher are highlighted.
  4. Enter the prediction ID in the Best Time Slots Definition field.
  5. Save your changes.
