SecondaryTelephonyProvider

Represents the SIP configuration for secondary telephony providers in Agentforce Contact Center Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC). This object is available in API version 68.0 and later.

To access SecondaryTelephonyProvider, you must have the Agentforce Contact Center Admin (Salesforce Voice) permission set assigned.

Fields

Field	Details
DeveloperName	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Unique name of the object in the API.
InboundAuthEnabled	Type boolean Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Indicates whether inbound authentication is enabled (`true`) or not (`false`). The default value is `false`.
InboundIpAllowlist	Type textarea Properties Create, Nillable, Update Description Allowed inbound caller ID configurations used to process incoming calls from the secondary telephony provider.
Language	Type picklist Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update Description Language of the `MasterLabel`.
MasterLabel	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update Description User interface label for the secondary telephony provider. This internal label doesn’t get translated.
TelephonyProviderId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort Description ID of the associated telephony provider. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name TelephonyProvider Refers To TelephonyProvider
