TrustedTelephonyProvider

Represents the mapping between an organization and its trusted telephony carrier configuration for Agentforce Contact Center BYOC. This object is available in API version 68.0 and later.

Special Access Rules

To access TrustedTelephonyProvider, you must have the Agentforce Contact Center Admin (Salesforce Voice) permission set assigned.

Fields

Field	Details
DeveloperName	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Unique name of the object in the API.
Language	Type picklist Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update Description Language of the `MasterLabel`.
MasterLabel	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update Description User interface label for the trusted telephony provider. This internal label doesn’t get translated.
ProviderCarrier	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update Description Carrier aggregator type associated with the trusted telephony provider. Possible value: `Bandwidth`
TelephonyProviderId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort Description ID of the associated telephony provider. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name TelephonyProvider Refers To TelephonyProvider
