TelephonyProvider

Represents the telephony provider configuration and trust settings for Agentforce Contact Center BYOC integrations. This object is available in API version 68.0 and later.

Special Access Rules

To access TelephonyProvider, you must have the Agentforce Contact Center Admin (Salesforce Voice) permission set assigned.

Country	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort Description Country associated with the telephony provider.
DeveloperName	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Unique name of the object in the API.
ExternalIdentifier	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description Identifier for the external telephony provider.
Language	Type picklist Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update Description Language of the `MasterLabel`.
MasterLabel	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update Description User interface label for the telephony provider configuration. This internal label doesn’t get translated.
ProviderName	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update Description Unique name for the telephony provider.
TrunkType	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update Description Type of trunk relationship with the provider. Possible values are: `Secondary`: Associates the provider with a `SecondaryTelephonyProvider` record. `Trusted`: Associates the telephony provider with a `TrustedTelephonyProvider` record.
