Configure the Work Order Object

To use Home Health and improve its experience on the mobile app, you need to configure the Work Order object. First, update the page layout with the Patient Detail Lightning and Mobile action. Then, create a Home Health record type.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license

User Permissions Needed
To modify object configurations: Health Cloud Admin Permission Set
  1. In Setup, go to the Object Manager and find Work Order.
  2. Click Page Layouts and open Work Order Layout.
  3. Select Mobile & Lightning Actions.
  4. Place the Patient Details quick action in the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section.
  5. Save your changes.
  6. Click Home, enter Home Health Settings in the quick find box, and select Home Health Settings.
  7. Click the New Record Type button under the Get Your Org Ready to Use Home section.
