Create Profiles for Home Health Users

Users with different roles work on different aspects of Home Health. Schedulers work desk jobs and schedule visits for home healthcare services. Care resources work in the field and visit patient homes to provide care for patients. And based on the level of access to clinical data that they have, care resources can be further classified as clinicians and caregivers. Based on your organization’s roles and personas, set up profiles for these users.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-On license

User Permissions Needed
To create profiles: Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and select Profiles.
  2. Click New Profile.
  3. For Existing Profile, select Standard User.
  4. Enter a name for the profile and click Save.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. In the General User Permissions section, select Run Flows.
  7. Save your changes.

Repeat these steps to create profiles for all three user personas. After you’re done, create users with those profiles.
