Assign Permission Sets for Home Health Users

Home Health offers three standard permission sets–Manage Home Health, Home Health Clinician, and Home Health Care Giver. Assign these permissions sets to your users according to their roles.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license

User Permissions Needed
To create profiles:	Manage Profiles and Permission Sets

Here’s the set of permission sets that your users need to use different parts of Home Health.

User Persona	Permission Sets Required
Scheduler	Health Cloud Foundation OmniStudio User Field Service Agent Field Service Admin Manage Home Health Health Cloud Utilization Management (Optional)
Field worker with access to clinical data	Home Health Clinician
Field worker without access to clinical data	Home Health Caregiver

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and select Permission Sets.
Select one of the permission sets mentioned in the table.
Click Manage Assignments.
Click Add Assignments.
Select the users that you want to assign the permission set to and click Next.
Review the assignment summary and click Assign if everything looks good to you.
Click Done.

Repeat these steps for all the permission sets you have to assign to your users.

If you want to make changes to any of these permission sets, we recommend cloning them, making the changes in the clones, and using those clones instead. However, if you’re all right with using the OOTB versions of these permission sets, you don’t have to clone them.
