jAdd Interventions to a Care Plan Template
You can add interventions to your care plan template by creating an Action Plan Template
Assignment record. This record references an action plan template with the required interventions
and the problem, goal, or care plan template where they’re required.

| To edit an action plan template assignment | Edit access for Action Plan Template Assignment |
- From the App Launcher, find and select Action Plan Template Assignments.
- Click New.
- In the Associated Object field, select a problem definition, goal definition, or care plan template where you want to add interventions
- In the Action Plan Template Version field, select the action plan template with the interventions you want to add to your template.
- Save your assignment.
That’s it; you’ve now created a care plan template with problems, goals, and interventions.
