A Care Plan Template record acts as the top-level parent that houses all the problems, goals, and interventions under it.

To create a care plan template Create access for Care Plan Template
To edit a care plan template Edit access for Care Plan Template
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Care Plan Templates.

    If you haven’t hidden the Health Cloud managed package’s Care Plan Template object in your org, ensure that the one you’ve selected here is the right one. You can verify your selection by inspecting the page URL to see if it says HealthCloudGA__CarePlanTemplate__c or CarePlanTemplate. Integrated Care Management uses the latter one.

  3. Enter a name, description, and status for the care plan template.
  4. Save your template.
