Create a Sharing Rule for Assessment Guest Users

Create a sharing rule that allows guest users on Experience Cloud sites access to OmniStudio processes.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and Health Cloud Customer Community or Health Cloud Customer Community Plus license.

User Permissions Needed
To create sharing rules:	Manage Sharing

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sharing Settings, and select Sharing Settings.
Scroll down to Omni Process Sharing Rules.
Click New.
Configure the sharing rule.
1. Enter a Label. We suggest OmniProcess Guest User Role.
2. By default, the rule name is the same as the label.
3. For the Rule Type, select Guest user access, based on criteria.
4. In the Criteria section, select the Field as Active, the Operator as equals, and the Value as True.
5. In the Select the users to share with section, select the OmniStudio guest user profile.
6. In the Select the level of access for the users, select Read Only.
7. Save your work.
8. Click OK at the prompt.
