jCustomize the Assessment Envelope Email Template Flow
The Send Assessment Envelope Email flow is provided as a standard flow template. You can
clone the template and customize it to suit your business processes.

The Send Assessment Envelope Email template flow finds an appropriate email address to send a notification to if you place the Assessment component on a Case, Account, or Contact page.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
- Click New Flow.
- In the list of templates, select Send Assessment Envelope Email.
- Click Create.
- Open the Toolbox.
- In the Constants section click ExperienceCloudSiteUrl.
- In the Value field, enter the Experience Cloud site url of the site you set up to contain the Assessments component. Replace https://updatethisurl.internal.site.com/mypage/s.
- Click Done.
- In the Text Templates section, click EmailBody.
- Edit the body of the email for style and content.
- Click Done.
- Further customize the flow according to your business requirements.
- Save your changes.
- Activate the flow.
