Agentforce Coworker

Overview

In this chapter, you'll turn the Merchant Account Manager Agent you built into an Agentforce Coworker: an agent that works alongside Pronto account managers, grounded in the unified data you brought together in Data 360. You'll set up the Coworker and then configure it so it's ready to support your team day to day.
