Overview

In this workshop, you’ll build an agent using the new Agentforce Builder (Canvas + Agent Script), then expand into Data 360, Prompt Builder, and RAG to ground experiences in both structured and unstructured data. You’ll finish by deploying your agent to customers using Service Agents.

What you’ll do

• Get oriented in the Pronto data model and sample records
• Build and test an agent with topics and actions
• Unify customer and order data with Data 360
• Create grounded prompt templates with Prompt Builder
• Ground prompts and agents with unstructured data using RAG
• Distribute your agent via Experience Cloud using Service Agents
