Create Pages on Your Experience Site

The prebuilt workflows need container pages where they can run. Create Experience Site pages for the workflows that you need and drag the pre-built workflows onto these new pages.

To use self-service appointment scheduling:

  1. In your Experience Site, create pages with these URL names:
    Workflow URL
    Self-scheduling /schedule-appointment
    Cancel Appointment /my-appointments
    View Benefits /my-benefits
  2. In each of these pages, navigate to Components. Under Process Components, drag the OmniScript onto the page.
  3. In the OmniScript properties, enter these details:
    Workflow Type SubType Language
    Self-Scheduling healthCloudIAM selfService English
    Cancel Appointment healthCloudIAM myAppointments English
    View Benefits healthCloudIAM viewBenefits English
  4. Click Publish.
