Enable Self-Scheduling Workflows for External Use

Components in your org such as Visualforce pages or Apex callouts can access external URLs only if they’re listed on the Remote Site Settings page. To enable access to Lightning Web Components, update the relevant remote site settings in your org.

To use self-service appointment scheduling:

OmniStudio in Lightning Experience Patient

AND

AppointmentScheduling on Health Cloud

  1. From the App Launcher, search for and select ​FlexCards​​.
  2. Click Warning.
    Write down the remote site setting URLs displayed in the warning and click Close.
  3. From Setup, enter Remote in the Quick Find box, then select Remote Site Settings.
  4. Click Edit next to FlexCard.
    Replace the existing URL with either of the URLs that you copied from the warning.
  5. Save your work.
  6. Click Edit next to Enable_LWC.
    Replace the existing URL with the other URL that you copied in the warning.
  7. Save your work.
