Synchronize Provider Search Data Manually

Data for Provider Search in CareProviderSearchableField is updated automatically. For Provider Search, the data pipelines definition runs one time per day. If waiting to test your setup isn’t practical, use the on-demand Provider Search data sync option.

First, check that all the necessary fields from Healthcare Provider and Healthcare Practitioner Facility are mapped to fields in Care Provider Searchable Field.

For Provider Search Legacy, on-demand data synchronization is available only in sandbox orgs.

For Provider Search, on-demand data synchronization and daily sync uses the data pipelines recipe run time limit of 30 hours per month.

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Provider Search Settings, and then select Provider Search Settings.
  2. Click Sync Data.
    It takes time to sync the data. For Provider Search, only one data pipeline recipe can run at a time. Use the Jobs Monitor tab of Data Manager to see the status of your sync. Use the Usage tab to see current hours of recipe job run time for the month.
  3. After the data is synchronized, run a provider search and check that everything is working as expected.
