MsgChannelAvailability

Represents the availability of a Messaging channel for a specific country. This object is available in API version 67.0 and later.

This object is available for Einstein Conversation Insights customers whose data is stored natively on the Salesforce Platform. If you turned on Einstein Conversation Insights for the first time starting in Spring ’26, this object is available to query and access using Salesforce tools. For existing ECI customers, data migration and access to related Salesforce Platform objects is scheduled to begin in Summer ’26.

Fields

Field	Details
CountryCode	Type picklist Properties Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort Description The ISO country code for which the Messaging channel is available. There are 81 possible values for this field.
MessagingChannelId	Type reference Properties Filter, Group, Sort Description The ID of the Messaging channel associated with this availability. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name MessagingChannel Relationship Type Lookup Refers To MessagingChannel
Type	Type picklist Properties Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort Description The type of availability. Valid value is: `Country`
